Forty four sellers list tesamorelin right now. The same standard 10mg vial runs $55 at one shop and $195 at another. Identical molecule, identical vial size, 3.5x apart on price.
We priced every one of them. If you want the short version: Peptidology, Atomik Labz, NuLife Peptides, Felix Chemical Supply, and Penguin Peptides are the five we would point people to, and every pick below comes down to the same two things, an honest price and a real independent lab behind the batch.
Tesamorelin has something almost nothing else on our board has
An FDA approval.
Tesamorelin is a stabilized analog of growth hormone releasing hormone, and Theratechnologies sells the approved version as Egrifta. The FDA cleared the original in 2010 for reducing excess visceral abdominal fat in adults with HIV associated lipodystrophy, and on March 25, 2025 it approved a reformulated version, Egrifta WR, which is reconstituted weekly and uses less than half the injection volume of the older daily formulation.
Here is why that matters when you are shopping. Most of what gets sold through research supply channels rests on animal work and a handful of small human studies. Tesamorelin has two full phase 3 trials you can pull up tonight. The pivotal one (Falutz et al., New England Journal of Medicine, 2007) ran 412 patients for 26 weeks on 2mg daily subcutaneous. Visceral adipose tissue fell 15.2 percent on tesamorelin and climbed 5.0 percent on placebo. The pooled analysis of both phase 3 trials (Falutz et al., Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, 2010) covered 806 randomized patients and landed in the same range, roughly a 15 percent treatment effect on visceral fat.
Two limits worth stating plainly. That approval covers HIV associated lipodystrophy specifically, and material sold through research supply channels carries a research use label. Separately, tesamorelin is absent from the FDA's Category 2 list of bulk substances flagged for compounding safety risks, a list that does include BPC-157, TB-500, epitalon, and melanotan II. That is a quiet point in its favor.
What 44 sellers actually charge
Ten milligrams is the standard vial here, and 36 of the 44 sellers stock it. From our latest price run:
The full sortable table lives on our [tesamorelin vendor page](/peptide/tesamorelin), filterable by lab, shipping, and payment method. One pattern jumps out of that spread: several sellers charging over $100 per 10mg use the exact same independent labs as the sellers charging $65. Above roughly $8 per mg you are mostly paying for branding.
Where we would send people
We weight independent third-party lab testing heaviest, then price per mg, US shipping, and reputation. Details of that are in [how we score vendors](/blog/how-peptidesrated-scores-vendors). Here is how it shakes out for tesamorelin.
Peptidology: the one we rate highest
Scottsdale, Arizona. Peptidology carries the strongest scorecard of any seller stocking tesamorelin, and it prices the 10mg vial at $69, right around the market median. Finnrick handles the testing, which is the most rigorous lab source we track. Payment runs through ACH, credit card, crypto, and Zelle. If you want the safest single choice with zero research, this is it. [Full scorecard](/vendor/peptidology).
Atomik Labz: best price among the top scorers
Alexandria, Virginia. $65 for 10mg, $110 for 20mg, Finnrick tested, and it takes credit card, crypto, and Venmo. Atomik sits near the very top of our board while undercutting most Finnrick-backed sellers on price, which is a rare combination. The 20mg vial works out to $5.50 per mg. [Full scorecard](/vendor/atomik-labz).
NuLife Peptides: the value pick
NuLife lists 10mg at $70 and 20mg at $95. That second number is $4.75 per mg, the second cheapest verified tesamorelin price on our entire board, and it comes with a Finnrick COA and US shipping. Cheap peptide backed by a top-tier lab is the whole reason this pick exists. [Full scorecard](/vendor/nulife-peptides).
Felix Chemical Supply: cheapest 10mg vial we have priced
New York. $54.99 for 10mg, tested through Freedom Diagnostics, credit card and crypto. Nobody on the board beats it on a straight 10mg vial. Felix keeps a narrower catalog than the big shops, so check stock before you plan around it. [Full scorecard](/vendor/felix-chemical-supply).
Penguin Peptides: the flexible one
Penguin stocks tesamorelin in 5mg ($45), 10mg ($75), and 20mg ($125), tested by Janoshik, and it takes ACH, bank transfer, PayPal, and Zelle. Start on a 5mg vial to try a seller, pay with buyer protection intact, size up later. Penguin is the easiest door for a first order. [Full scorecard](/vendor/penguin-peptides).
Also strong and worth a look: Peptide Crafters at $65 per 10mg with Finnrick testing, Peptide Technologies out of Sheridan, Wyoming at $70, and Orbitrex Peptides in Flower Mound, Texas at $80, all three Finnrick backed and shipping domestically.
The vial size trick that saves you 30 percent
This is the single highest-leverage thing on the page, and most price comparisons miss it entirely.
NuLife sells a 10mg vial for $70 and a 20mg vial for $95. You pay 36 percent more money and walk away with twice the peptide. Per milligram, that is $7.00 against $4.75.
Skye Peptides does the same thing harder: $69 for 10mg, $99 for a 22mg vial. The bigger vial is $4.50 per mg, which is the cheapest verified tesamorelin price on our board, and it is sitting on the same product page as a listing that costs 53 percent more per milligram.
So compare per milligram, always. Every price on our [vendor comparison](/vendors) and [price index](/price-index) is normalized that way for exactly this reason. One caveat before you size up: tesamorelin is reconstituted before use, and a bigger vial means the reconstituted material sits in your fridge longer, so match the vial to what you will realistically get through. Our guide to [reconstituting and storing peptides](/blog/how-to-reconstitute-peptides) covers the shelf-life math.
What a great tesamorelin seller looks like
After pricing 44 of them, the good ones share a short list of traits.
Twenty eight of the 44 tesamorelin sellers use one of those three labs. That is the filter that does most of the work, and you can apply it directly on [our vendor list](/vendors).
A last practical note: tesamorelin sold this way is labeled for research use, and the approved product remains a prescription medicine for a specific indication. Anything you plan to do with a compound like this is a conversation for your doctor. Our [weight loss peptide roundup](/blog/best-peptides-for-weight-loss-2026) has more on where the GH secretagogues sit relative to the GLP-1s.
