Five days ago Boehringer Ingelheim put its third Phase 3 survodutide readout in a row into the New England Journal of Medicine, and the buying market still looks like it did when the molecule was a Phase 2 curiosity. We track 11 sellers carrying survodutide, 9 with stock today, and the identical 10 mg vial runs $71.66 at one end and $245.00 at the other. Same molecule, 3.4x price gap. The sane buy sits at $8 to $10 per milligram from a US seller with a Finnrick certificate, and Peptidology is where we would start. The full ranking is below, along with why survodutide costs roughly double what tirzepatide does right now.
Why survodutide costs more than tirzepatide
Line up the metabolic peptides in our data by median price per milligram and survodutide lands at the top, tied with cagrilintide at $12.00. Mazdutide sits at $10.00, retatrutide at $7.21, semaglutide at $6.00, and tirzepatide at $5.14. The floor tells the same story: the cheapest survodutide milligram we have verified is $7.17, four times the cheapest tirzepatide milligram at $1.77.
Two things drive that. The first is scarcity. Sixty-plus vendors sell BPC-157 and 24 sell tirzepatide, while survodutide has 11, so there is far less price competition. The second is the molecule itself. Survodutide is a dual agonist built on a glucagon backbone, tuned to hit both the glucagon and GLP-1 receptors, with a fatty-acid side chain that keeps it in circulation for once-weekly dosing. That is a harder synthesis than a 15 amino acid healing peptide, and the sellers who get it tested properly charge for it.
Our take: pay the premium for testing, skip the premium for branding. The two cheapest US vials in our data are also two of the best-tested, which is rare and worth exploiting while it lasts. The full survodutide price table updates weekly, and you can compare it against tirzepatide side by side.
The sellers we would order from
Every vendor below carries survodutide today and posts a third-party certificate. Each name links to its scorecard so you can check the lab tier, the score, and the live price yourself.
Peptidology, the top of our whole board
Peptidology holds the highest score we publish, 9.3 out of 10, ranking 1st of 74 vendors, and it sells survodutide at $79.99 for a 10 mg vial, right at $8.00 per milligram. Finnrick testing, Scottsdale, Arizona shipping origin, and it takes ACH, card, crypto, and Zelle, which is the widest payment menu on this list. For a first order it is the cleanest combination of price and verification in our data. Honestly, if you only read one entry, make it this one.
Orbitrex Peptides, the strongest second choice
Orbitrex Peptides sits right behind Peptidology on our board at 9.0 out of 10, 2nd of 74. Its 10 mg vial is $99.99, so $10.00 per milligram, Finnrick tested and shipped from Flower Mound, Texas. It costs $20 more than Peptidology for the same vial, so the case for Orbitrex is stock and redundancy: when one of the two sells out, the other usually has it.
Peptira, the value pick that still ships to the US
Peptira is a Canadian seller that ships to US addresses, scores 7.6 out of 10, and lists the 10 mg vial at $89.00, or $8.90 per milligram. Its certificates come from Freedom Diagnostics, which we rank a tier below Finnrick and Janoshik but still well inside the trustworthy range, and it accepts ACH, credit, and debit cards. This is the pick when the two above are out of stock and you want to stay under $9 per milligram.
Polaris Peptides, the small vial for a first try
Most survodutide listings are 10 mg vials. Polaris Peptides sells a 5 mg vial at $75.00, which works out to $15.00 per milligram, a steep rate for the volume but a smaller cash outlay for someone who wants to see a certificate and a real vial before committing to 10 mg. It scores 7.8 out of 10, uses Finnrick, ships from the US, and takes cards and Venmo.
Skye Peptides, the PayPal option
Skye Peptides ships from Los Angeles with Finnrick certificates and is the only seller here that takes PayPal alongside cards. Its 12 mg vial at $149.00 ($12.42 per milligram) is the better of its two sizes; the 6 mg vial at $99.00 runs $16.50 per milligram. Skye scores 6.0 out of 10, held down by a small catalog, and its lab and payment marks are strong.
If you are in Canada: Growth Guys Canada
Growth Guys Canada has the lowest verified survodutide price in our data, $71.66 for 10 mg ($7.17 per milligram), with Janoshik testing. It ships within Canada only and takes crypto and wire transfer, so it is the obvious pick north of the border and off the table for US buyers.
One more name worth a sentence: Aavant Research scores a solid 8.0 with Finnrick testing, and its 10 mg survodutide vial is $245.00, roughly three times Peptidology's price for the same molecule. It makes more sense as part of a larger catalog order than as a survodutide buy on its own.
What the certificate should say for a dual agonist
A survodutide COA has to answer one question before purity even matters: is this survodutide? The glucagon backbone and the lipid side chain give the molecule a specific mass, and an HPLC purity percentage alone cannot confirm which lipidated peptide is in the vial. Look for these four things:
Three Phase 3 readouts in six months
The clinical story is why demand jumped. Survodutide's Phase 2 obesity trial (le Roux et al., Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology, March 2024) enrolled 386 adults and produced a 14.9% mean weight reduction at 46 weeks on the 4.8 mg dose, against 2.8% on placebo. Then the Phase 3 program started landing.
On April 28, 2026, Boehringer and Zealand Pharma reported topline results from SYNCHRONIZE-1, a 76-week trial of 725 adults with obesity or overweight and no diabetes: mean weight loss of up to 16.6% on survodutide against 3.2% on placebo, with 85.1% of treated participants losing at least 5%. The full dataset was presented at the American Diabetes Association Scientific Sessions on June 7, 2026 and published in the New England Journal of Medicine, with an MRI sub-study showing visceral fat down as much as 34.0% and liver fat down as much as 63.1%.
Then on October 1, 2026, SYNCHRONIZE-2 followed in the same journal: 755 adults with obesity and type 2 diabetes, 76 weeks, up to 13.1% weight loss against 3.1% on placebo, and HbA1c down as much as 1.21 points from a 7.4% baseline, with 29.5% of treated participants returning to normal glucose readings.
There is a liver chapter too. In a Phase 2 MASH trial (Sanyal et al., NEJM, July 2024), 293 adults with biopsy-confirmed MASH received survodutide or placebo for 48 weeks, and MASH improvement without worsening fibrosis occurred in 47%, 62%, and 43% of the three dose groups against 14% on placebo. The FDA granted survodutide Breakthrough Therapy designation for non-cirrhotic MASH in September 2024, and the LIVERAGE Phase 3 trials are underway.
The brief, honest status note: survodutide is investigational and awaiting FDA approval, which the completed Phase 3 obesity program now puts within reach. Everything the vendors above sell is sold for research use. We score sourcing and verification; the medical decisions belong with you and a clinician.
How we rank them
Every vendor on our board gets a 0 to 10 score that weights third-party lab testing most heavily, then price per milligram, US availability, reputation, catalog depth, and payment flexibility. The weights are published in how PeptidesRated scores vendors. We compare sellers using their own published prices and lab certificates; we manufacture nothing, sell nothing, and run no purity tests of our own. The live survodutide ranking is on our survodutide page, all 74 vendors are on the full vendor rankings, and the sister posts on retatrutide suppliers and cagrilintide suppliers cover the rest of the next-generation metabolic group.
