Best Cagrilintide Suppliers in 2026: Priced and Scored: PeptidesRated guide hero image

Twenty-two of the 29 vendors we track selling cagrilintide list the identical thing: a 10 mg vial of lyophilized powder. Same compound, same quantity, same format. The cheapest sits at $71.66. The top of that range runs to $286.45. Four times the money for the same unit is steep even by peptide-market standards, and it happens because cagrilintide is new enough that almost nobody has a reference price in their head yet. We priced and scored all 29 sellers. For a US address, the best mix of lab testing and price right now is NuLife Peptides at $80.00 for the 10 mg vial, and the highest-scored seller carrying it is Orbitrex Peptides at 9.0 out of 10.

Timing is part of why the shelf looks like this. Cagrilintide is the amylin half of CagriSema, and Novo Nordisk submitted that combination to the FDA in December 2025 off the REDEFINE 1 and REDEFINE 2 trials, with a US decision expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. Cagrilintide on its own remains investigational with no FDA approval for any indication, so everything on sale today is sold for research use. Interest climbs ahead of a decision like that, and a market gets noisiest right at that moment.

A cagrilintide milligram is the priciest in the GLP-1 aisle

Across our pricing data the median cagrilintide milligram costs $12.00. Semaglutide sits at $8.25, retatrutide at $7.53, and tirzepatide at $5.00. Cagrilintide is the most expensive milligram in the whole metabolic group we track, by a wide margin.

Vendor depth explains most of that. Sixty-one vendors sell BPC-157. Twenty-nine sell cagrilintide. Fewer sellers means less downward price pressure, and a compound this recent has fewer established synthesis suppliers behind it. Our read is that the spread compresses over the next year the way retatrutide's did once its vendor count climbed.

The per-milligram figure also hides the number that actually matters. REDEFINE 1 ran cagrilintide at 2.4 mg once weekly, so a 10 mg vial covers roughly four weeks at the trial dose. At $79.99 that works out to about $19 per weekly 2.4 mg. At the $286.45 end of the shelf it is closer to $69. Same vial, same arithmetic, very different outcome for your wallet.

The sellers worth your money

Every name below carries cagrilintide today, has it in stock, ships to US addresses, and posts third-party certificates. We linked each scorecard so you can check the numbers yourself.

#1

Orbitrex Peptides, the top of our board

Orbitrex scores 9.0 out of 10, second highest of the 74 vendors we rate, and it is the strongest-scored seller stocking cagrilintide at all. Finnrick-tested, shipping out of Flower Mound, Texas, $99.99 for the 10 mg vial. You pay about 25% over the US price floor for a Finnrick certificate and the best overall record on our board, which is a fair trade if you want the safest pick and are relaxed about the premium. See the full scorecard at Orbitrex Peptides.

#2

NuLife Peptides, the one we would buy

This is the value pick and it is a clear call. NuLife lists the 10 mg vial at $80.00, one cent above the cheapest US-shipping cagrilintide on the entire list, and backs it with a Finnrick COA. It scores 8.3 out of 10, fourth of 74 vendors. A top-tier lab at the price floor is a rare combination, and it is the one we would put a first order through. Details at NuLife Peptides.

#3

Peptide Technologies, the Wyoming alternate

8.1 out of 10, Finnrick testing, shipping from Sheridan, Wyoming, $99.95 for 10 mg. Nearly identical to Orbitrex on price and lab tier, a notch below on overall score. A solid second call when Orbitrex runs out of stock. Scorecard: Peptide Technologies.

#4

Panda Peptides, the price floor that reaches you

At $79.99 for 10 mg this is the cheapest in-stock cagrilintide that will arrive at a US address. Panda runs Janoshik testing and scores 7.8 out of 10, shipping from the Greater Toronto Area into the US. It also takes more payment methods than anyone else on this list: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, CashApp, Zelle, and bank transfer. See Panda Peptides.

#5

Peptide Crafters, for the smaller commitment

Ten milligrams is a real commitment on a compound most people have never handled. Peptide Crafters sells a 5 mg vial at $90.00, carries a Finnrick COA, and scores 8.3 out of 10, fifth of 74. The math is worse per milligram at $18.00, and for a first order of something this new that trade makes sense to plenty of people. Scorecard: Peptide Crafters.

What a strong cagrilintide seller looks like right now

COA tier is the fastest signal available. Of the 29 vendors carrying cagrilintide, 19 post certificates from one of the three labs we index most heavily: 8 use Finnrick, 6 use Freedom Diagnostics, and 5 use Janoshik. That ratio is better than what we see on older compounds, probably because the sellers who moved early on cagrilintide are the same ones investing in testing.

Two things specific to this molecule are worth looking for on the certificate.

Mass spec identity confirmation alongside the HPLC purity number. Cagrilintide carries a C20 fatty acid chain that binds it to albumin and stretches its half life to roughly seven days. Mass spec is what confirms that modification survived synthesis, and a purity percentage on its own says nothing about it.
A batch number on the certificate that matches the vial you receive, with a recent test date. On a compound this new, a certificate from several months back describes a batch that has already sold through.

Our scoring weights third-party lab testing heaviest at 30%, then price per milligram at 25%, then reputation, US availability, catalog depth, and payment options. If you want the longer version of how to read one of these certificates, we wrote a walkthrough.

Where cagrilintide sits next to the drugs everyone already knows

REDEFINE 1 randomized 3,417 adults with overweight or obesity and reported a 20.4% mean body weight reduction on CagriSema at 68 weeks against 3.0% on placebo (Garvey et al., New England Journal of Medicine, June 2025). Cagrilintide on its own showed a 10.8% reduction at 26 weeks at the 4.5 mg weekly dose in the earlier phase 2 dose-finding trial of 706 adults, against 3.0% on placebo and 9.0% on liraglutide 3.0 mg (Lau et al., The Lancet, 2021).

The head-to-head from February 2026 is the result worth watching. REDEFINE 4 ran CagriSema against tirzepatide over 84 weeks and returned 23.0% against 25.5% in the if-all-adhere analysis, falling short of the superiority Novo Nordisk had aimed for. Amylin agonism works through a separate receptor pathway from GLP-1, acting centrally to slow gastric emptying and reduce appetite, which is the reason the combination reads as additive in the first place.

Gastrointestinal effects dominated the adverse event profile in REDEFINE 1, reported in 79.6% of the CagriSema group against 39.9% on placebo, mostly mild to moderate. Cagrilintide is awaiting FDA review and is sold for research purposes only. As always, talk to your doctor before starting anything new.
