China approved mazdutide twice last year, once for weight management in June and again for type 2 diabetes in September, which makes it the first glucagon/GLP-1 dual agonist on sale anywhere as a prescription drug. In April, Eli Lilly posted the results of its first US trial: 22.3% weight loss at 48 weeks on the highest dose. And the highest-rated seller on our board, the one we would normally send you to first, is sold out of it. We track 8 vendors carrying mazdutide, and the standard 10 mg vial runs $64.80 to $109.95 across the 5 that list it. Below is who has it today, who is worth waiting for, and why the price sits exactly where it does.
Who has it today, ranked
Every seller here links to its scorecard, where you can check the lab tier, the live price, and the exact score. Stock moves fast on a molecule with this few sellers, so we checked each product page the morning we published this.
Pure Peptide Labs, the US seller with a certificate and a vial on the shelf
Pure Peptide Labs scores 7.0 out of 10, ranks 23rd of 74 on our board, and lists the 10 mg vial at $109.95, or $10.99 per milligram. Its certificates come from Freedom Diagnostics, a tier below Finnrick and Janoshik in our rubric and well inside the range we trust. It ships from the US and takes ACH, bank transfer, credit, and debit. Honestly, this is the pick for a US buyer who wants mazdutide this week: it costs about $30 more than the sold-out leader for the same vial, and that premium buys you a seller who has it in stock with a real third-party report.
Behemoth Labz, the larger vial
Behemoth Labz is the other US seller with mazdutide in stock and an independent certificate, in this case from MZ Biolabs. It sells 6 mg and 12 mg vials, and the 12 mg at $207.96 ($17.33 per milligram) is the better value of the two. It scores 6.4 out of 10 and ranks 37th of 74, with a strong lab mark and a price sub-score that drags the total down. Pick it when Pure Peptide Labs is out, or when you specifically want a 12 mg vial from a US shop.
peptides.com, the cheapest US milligram with a caveat on the paperwork
peptides.com ships from Cheyenne, Wyoming and sells a 12 mg vial for $95.99, which works out to $8.00 per milligram, the lowest US rate in our data. It scores 5.6 out of 10 and ranks 45th. The gap between its price and its score is the certificate: the reports on its listings are the upstream house brands' own certificates, and our rubric gives the most credit to batch testing a store commissions itself. If the price pulls you in, read the lot number on the certificate against the vial you receive.
Worth waiting for: Peptidology and Polaris
Peptidology holds the highest score we publish, 9.3 out of 10, 1st of 74 vendors, with Finnrick testing and a Scottsdale, Arizona shipping origin. Its mazdutide is $79.99 for 10 mg, a clean $8.00 per milligram, and its product page reads "currently out of stock" as we write this. When it restocks, it becomes the obvious first order for a US buyer: top score, top lab tier, and the second-lowest 10 mg price in our data.
Polaris Peptides, 7.8 out of 10 and 15th of 74, also Finnrick tested, lists a 6 mg vial at $100 ($16.67 per milligram). Our weekly pull shows it out of stock too. It is the small-vial option for a first try once it is back.
Our mazdutide page re-prices every seller weekly and has a one-click weekly email for price moves, which is the simplest way to catch the restock.
If you are in Canada: the two cheapest vials in our data
VPeptide Canada has the lowest verified mazdutide price we track, $64.80 for 10 mg ($6.48 per milligram), with Janoshik certificates and card payment. Growth Guys Canada is right behind at $71.66 ($7.17 per milligram), also Janoshik, paid by crypto or wire. Both score 6.7 out of 10 and both ship within Canada only, so they are the clear picks north of the border and off the table for US addresses.
Mazdutide is the middle child on price
Line up the metabolic peptides in our data by median price per milligram and mazdutide lands in the middle: survodutide $12.00, cagrilintide $10.00, mazdutide $9.00, retatrutide $6.98, semaglutide $6.00, tirzepatide $4.81. The floors tell the same story. The cheapest mazdutide milligram we have verified is $6.48, nearly four times the cheapest tirzepatide milligram at $1.75.
Two things set that price. Scarcity is the first: 8 sellers carry mazdutide against 16 for tirzepatide and 47 for BPC-157, and fewer sellers means less undercutting. The molecule is the second. Mazdutide is a lipidated oxyntomodulin analogue, a long chain tuned to hit both the glucagon and GLP-1 receptors and built to last a week in circulation. That is a harder synthesis to get right and a harder one to verify, and the sellers who get it tested charge for it.
Our take: the 10 mg vial is the unit to compare on. Five of the 8 sellers list it, the spread is only 1.7x ($64.80 to $109.95), and the only sellers above $11 per milligram in our data are the two whose smallest vial is 6 mg. Small vials carry a steep rate for the convenience.
What the trials actually showed
Mazdutide started life at Lilly as LY3305677. Lilly licensed the China rights to Innovent Biologics, which ran the Phase 3 program there, and Lilly kept the rights for the rest of the world, where it is now studying the molecule for obesity and for alcohol use disorder.
The pivotal China trial is GLORY-1, published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2025. It enrolled 610 adults with obesity or overweight and compared once-weekly 4 mg and 6 mg against placebo. At the 32-week primary readout, body weight fell 10.97% on 4 mg and 13.38% on 6 mg, against 0.24% on placebo. By week 48 the numbers reached 12.05% and 14.84%, and half of the 6 mg group (50.6%) had lost at least 15% of their starting weight. The liver finding is the one we keep pointing people to: among participants who started with liver fat of 10% or more, the 6 mg group cut it by 80.24% on average, against 5.27% on placebo.
China's regulator approved mazdutide for chronic weight management on June 27, 2025, for adults with a BMI of 28 or above, or 24 with a weight-related condition, and added glycemic control in type 2 diabetes on September 19, 2025, on the back of the DREAMS-1 and DREAMS-2 trials.
The US data arrived this year. Lilly's Phase 2 trial (NCT06124807) ran at 29 US sites with 179 adults and tested three dose levels, topping out at 16 mg, well above the 6 mg China approved. Results posted to ClinicalTrials.gov on April 21, 2026 show weight down 15.6% on 10 mg and 18.1% on 16 mg at week 32, and 19.2% and 22.3% at week 48, against under 1% on placebo. Those are retatrutide-class figures, and retatrutide needs three receptors to get there where mazdutide uses two, which is why mazdutide suddenly has a US audience and why the shelves above look the way they do.
Reading a mazdutide certificate
A good mazdutide COA looks like a good survodutide COA, because the two molecules share the same engineering: a long peptide backbone with a fatty-acid chain attached. Three lines matter most.
Our guide to reading a peptide COA walks the layout line by line, and the sister post on survodutide suppliers covers the same lipidated-peptide checklist from the other side.
Where the rules stand
Mazdutide is a prescription medicine in China and an investigational drug everywhere else, with Lilly's US program still in clinical trials. Every vendor above sells it for research use. We compare sellers on their own published prices and certificates; we manufacture nothing, sell nothing, and run no purity tests of our own. The scoring weights are public in how PeptidesRated scores vendors, all 74 vendors are on the full rankings, and the tirzepatide suppliers post is the place to start if the price gap above changes your mind.
