Best KPV Suppliers in 2026: 48 Vendors, Real Prices

Peptidology sells a 10 mg vial of KPV for $42.99. That works out to $4.30 per mg, and the median across the 48 vendors we track is $5.50 per mg. So the shop sitting at the very top of our vendor board, PR Score 9.3 out of 10, first of 74, is also asking about 20 percent under the middle of the market on this compound. Reputation usually costs extra. On KPV the two happen to line up, which makes this an unusually easy peptide to shop for.

Three amino acids, forty-eight sellers

KPV is lysine, proline, valine. Three residues, 342.43 g/mol, catalogued on PubChem as MSH (11-13) because it is the tail end of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, residues 11 through 13. That makes it one of the two smallest molecules we track, alongside GHK-Cu, which is also a tripeptide. BPC-157 runs 15 amino acids. IGF-1 LR3 runs 83.

You would expect that size difference to show up hard in the price. It barely does. KPV's median lands at $5.50 per mg across 48 vendors; BPC-157 sits at $6.00 per mg across 61. A molecule a fifth the length holds 92 percent of the price. Synthesis stopped being the cost driver a while ago. What you are paying for is vialing, third-party testing, and the seller's margin.

Forty-eight vendors is a crowded shelf for a compound that was obscure two years ago. For scale, our tirzepatide page lists 21 vendors and semaglutide lists 19. KPV outdraws both GLP-1s combined, which tells you where the gut-health interest went.

What the research actually covers

The property that made KPV interesting: it keeps the anti-inflammatory behavior of the parent hormone and drops the pigmentary activity. Melanotan II, the other alpha-MSH derivative in our catalog, goes the other direction entirely.

Two 2008 papers carry most of the weight.

That PepT1 route is why oral capsules and nasal sprays turn up on KPV product pages at all. Our data lists injection, nasal, oral and pen formats for this one, and most peptides we track are injection-only. Scope note we will state plainly: this is 2008 rodent and cell work. Human trial data on KPV is thin, and everything on the market is sold for research purposes.

The FDA spent a day on KPV in July

On July 23, 2026, the Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee reviewed KPV free base and KPV acetate under the heading "wound healing and inflammatory conditions" as part of the 503A Bulks List process. The committee backed KPV alongside BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, Epitalon and Semax. Those votes are advisory, and FDA and HHS still have to act on them, so the compound remains research-only for now. One detail from that docket is worth carrying into your COA reading: the agency lists free base and acetate as separate substances. Salt form changes how much actual KPV is in the vial.

The 10 mg vial is the unit to compare

Thirty-five of the 48 vendors sell a 10 mg vial, which makes this one of the cleaner peptides to price-shop. Twelve offer 5 mg, a handful offer 2 and 4 mg, and a few list multi-vial kits at 50 and 100 mg.

Among vendors with that 10 mg vial in stock today, the price runs from $33.00 to $79.99. Same molecule, same quantity, 2.4x spread. The in-stock median works out to roughly $5.06 per mg.

Bulk kits go lower. Pure Health Peptides lists a 40 mg option at $129, or $3.23 per mg, the cheapest verified KPV on our board.

Where we would buy KPV right now

All 48 vendors publish a third-party COA, which is unusual and genuinely good news. That means the sorting comes down to which lab did the work, whether the vial is actually in stock, and what you pay.
