Best Semaglutide Suppliers in 2026: 18 Vendors, Real Prices

$36.01 buys one milligram of semaglutide from the most expensive seller on our board. A milligram of FDA approved Wegovy, bought cash at $349 a month through Novo Nordisk's own pharmacy and dosed at the labeled 2.4 mg a week, works out to about $34. The research market has a ceiling that sits above the brand.

The floor is where it gets interesting. We repriced semaglutide across all 18 vendors we track on September 6, and the cheapest verified milligram came in at $4.63 at Toronto Peptides. Median across the board: $8.25. One seller goes lower still, and the reason has more to do with vial size than with any discount.

Canada let its patent lapse, and our cheap end is Canadian

Novo Nordisk stopped paying the annual maintenance fee on its Canadian semaglutide patent, a bill reported in the low hundreds of dollars, and IP counsel who follow the file read it as a deliberate business call. Data exclusivity there ran out on January 4, 2026. Health Canada has abbreviated submissions from Sandoz, Apotex, Taro, Aspen and Pharmacare under review, and Sandoz has said it expects the Canadian market to take shape in the third quarter of 2026.

Look at the bottom of our price table and the geography jumps out. Four of the five cheapest semaglutide sellers we track are Canadian: Toronto Peptides at $4.63 per milligram, VPeptide Canada at $5.04, Great Northern Peptides at $5.42, Growth Guys at $5.73.

Here is the part that changes the decision for an American reader. Of that group, only Toronto Peptides ships to the US. Great Northern and VPeptide both score 1.0 out of 10 on US availability in our rubric, which is our way of saying the price is real and the vial will never reach you. A cheap milligram you cannot receive is decoration on a spreadsheet.

NuLife ranks 5th of the 72 vendors we score, posts Finnrick COAs (a 9.0 on our lab sub-score, the top tier we award), ships US, and takes ACH, Apple Pay, credit card and Zelle. Their 15 mg vial is $70, which is $4.67 per milligram and effectively ties the Canadian floor from a US address. Their 30 mg vial is $85, which is $2.83 per milligram and is the cheapest verified semaglutide milligram anywhere in our data.

That combination is rare. Finnrick grade lab work usually carries a premium on our board, and here it undercuts sellers with weaker paperwork.

Orbitrex Peptides, 9.0 out of 10, the highest score we have

Orbitrex sits 2nd of 72 overall and ships from Flower Mound, Texas. Finnrick COAs, a perfect 10.0 on US availability, 19 peptides in the catalog we track. Semaglutide is a single 10 mg vial at $79.99, so $8.00 per milligram, which is right at our median.

You pay roughly $50 more per 10 mg here than at NuLife. What that buys is the best-documented supply chain on our board and the shortest domestic shipping path. For a first order from a category where paperwork quality varies a lot, plenty of people will call that money well spent.

Aavant Research, 8.0 out of 10, the middle we like

Aavant ranks 10th of 72 with Finnrick COAs and the deepest catalog of the four (9.1 on catalog depth, 25 peptides). Their 10 mg vial is $60, so $6.00 per milligram, undercutting Orbitrex by 25% with the same lab tier.

The catch is at checkout: crypto and Zelle only, which is why their payment sub-score is a 4.0. If those work for you, this is the best price-to-paperwork ratio on the list.

Polaris Peptides, 7.8 out of 10, for a small first vial

Polaris ranks 15th of 72, Finnrick again, and it is the only seller here with a real size ladder: 2 mg at $30, 5 mg at $50, 10 mg at $90, 12.5 mg at $105, 20 mg at $165. Per milligram that runs $15.00 down to $8.25.

Somebody who wants to see a vendor's COA and packaging before committing $85 can spend $30 to find out. Credit card and Venmo accepted.

Vial size explains half the spread

The board looks like a 7.8x price range. A big chunk of that is packaging.

Umbrella Labs makes the cleanest illustration, because the whole ladder sits inside one catalog: their 2 mg vial is $65.99 ($33.00 per milligram) and their 30 mg vial is $249.99 ($8.33 per milligram). Same seller, same lab, same week, and a 4x swing driven purely by how much peptide is in the glass. Polaris runs 1.8x across its own ladder. NuLife runs 1.6x.

So when a forum post says one vendor is triple another, check the vial before you believe the vendor comparison. We normalize everything to price per milligram for exactly this reason, and we suggest you run the same math on any list that quotes vial prices.

What a strong semaglutide COA shows

Semaglutide is a 31 residue peptide with three deliberate modifications: alpha-aminoisobutyric acid swapped in at position 8, arginine at position 34, and a C18 fatty diacid hung off the lysine at position 26 through a glutamate spacer and two short PEG linkers. That fatty chain is the whole engineering trick. It binds serum albumin, which stretches the half-life from roughly 2 minutes for native GLP-1 to about a week, which is why the label reads once weekly.

That side chain also gives semaglutide a COA requirement all its own. An HPLC purity figure counts peaks and tells you how much of the vial is one dominant species. It says far less about whether that species carries the right chain at the right lysine. Ask for mass spectrometry identity alongside the purity number, because the acylation is where the value lives and a percentage alone will pass over it.

Beyond that, the usual three: a named third-party lab (Janoshik, Finnrick and Freedom Diagnostics are the ones we see most on this compound), a batch number on the report that matches the vial you received, and a recent date. Where semaglutide sits right now

FDA declared the semaglutide injection shortage resolved on February 21, 2025. Enforcement discretion for 503A pharmacies ran to April 22, 2025 and for 503B outsourcing facilities to May 22, 2025. On April 30, 2026 the agency proposed excluding semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide from the 503B bulks list, finding no clinical need for outsourcing facilities to compound them from bulk substances. Everything priced on our board is sold for laboratory research use only.

On the brand side, Novo's NovoCare Pharmacy self-pay price is $349 a month for Wegovy pen doses from 0.25 mg through 2.4 mg, with a $199 introductory rate for a new patient's first two months running through December 31, 2026. The oral tablets are listed separately at $149, $199 and $299 depending on strength.
